 What is a Present continues tense in English? 

Present continues tense is tense which is used when we talk about a work which is started in past but not completed yet in the present. It's refers to progressive work. 
The sentence structure of present continues tense in English grammar for spoken English given below ๐Ÿ‘‡

Sub+is/am/are+gerund form of verb+obj+O.w.

She is eating food. (Assertive sentence) 

She is not eating food. (Negative sentence) 

Is she eating food?     (Asser.interrogative) 

Is she not eating food? 


When we talk about interrogative sentence we follow the structure which is given below ๐Ÿ‘‡

She is Eating rice (Change into negative) 

He is taking bath (change into interro.) 

They are walking over there.

Are you going shopping? (When we use gerund, we don't put to)
